As a multi-service practice, Guiding Lantern provides individual and couples counseling, therapeutic workshops, informational learning sessions, clinical supervision, consultation, training for helping professionals and private practice business and operations support.

Guiding Lantern was founded by Gladys J. Sanchez in 2022, early on in her motherhood journey. With a passion for helping others heal, and her accumulated professional experience, she discerns that for women community is vital. Guiding Lantern aims at becoming a catalyst for community and a space where our clients can find healing.
